DISCLAIMER: Gaithersburg police logs are thin on details because the police do not provide any sort of description about what happened for arrests or incident reports. All they make public is the time, place, type of crime, and if it's an arrest, the person's name. The names of those arrested are not published here because it is not known if the person has been arraigned.
